Task - Create basic-iap.acme.com application
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

#. Enter the **basic-iap.acme.com** for the application name
#. Enter the **basic-iap.acme.com** for the FQDN
#. Enter the IP address **10.1.20.6** for the pool member
#. Click **Save**
